Reposted from @noaeatsalot - On my way back home from Tahoe last week I stopped at @jaxatthetracks in Truckee. This was by far one of the most unique diner breakfasts I had in my life. It’s called the “all day addiction” which includes two eggs, triangle hash browns, Canadian bacon, avocado, mixed greens, roasted tomatoes, balsamic drizzle and basil pesto. It was amazing. The eggs were over medium and were cooked perfectly. All the flavors blended together perfectly and I definitely understand why this place was featured by the all so famous @guyfieri. If you’re ever in the area you must stop by this place and get this breakfast.
